Super Bowl and a Super Jam: 12 things to do this weekend
Plus, a brunch to raise money for Turkey, a Dolly Parton tribute band, and Greenpoint Loft's Valentine's Market returns
The weekend before Valentine’s Day is here (don’t sleep on our gift guide!), and we found the best spots to take your boo — or to find a new one — across Brooklyn. But first!
“Hannah Ha Ha,” the new movie from man-about-town Roger Mancusi, opens this weekend. It won top honors at the Slamdance Film Festival, and you can find screening info over at the movie’s Instagram. You can also snag tickets to Nitehawk’s Shorts Fest 2023, which runs from March 1 to 5 with over 60 short films playing at Nitehawk’s locations in Williamsburg and Prospect Park.
And if you’re looking for something to do on Thursday night, entrepreneur Isa Watson will discuss her new book “Life Beyond Likes” in a conversation with Rolling Stone’s editor-in-chief Noah Shachtman at the Brooklyn Heights Library.
