Welcome to your first weekend of summer.

Brooklyn Pride might’ve been two weeks ago, but Brooklyn is going full-court press for the final weekend of Pride Month. Friday brings the Corporate Pride comedy show to The Bell House and trans German songstress Kim Petras takes over Avant Gardner to premiere her new album.

On Saturday, you can wander down Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights during Open Streets or see Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge perform as NxWorries at the benefit concert for BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! If you’re skipping the big parade in Manhattan, you can head over to Grand Army Terminal on Sunday to see Christina Aguilera headline Pride Island. Or you can find out what a cheesemonger is at Brooklyn Steel.

Now, rain or shine, go outside.

Friday, June 23

‘Brooklyn Is…’ Park Slope
1 to 4 p.m.
“Brooklyn Is…” is a community-curated exhibit in celebration of the Center for Brooklyn History reopening at the Park Slope Library, and you’re invited to bring the project to life. Submit your photos, artwork, or share a memory that embodies Brooklyn, and you may see it exhibited alongside pieces from fellow Brooklynites and the Center’s vast collection when the exhibit opens on September 14. You can submit your material in person at the Park Slope Library this Friday between 1 to 4 p.m. 431 Sixth Avenue.

Myrtle Avenue Summer Nights
5 to 8 p.m.
Myrtle Avenue Summer Nights are back on Friday! Happening one Friday a month all summer long, join local business owners and artisans along the Avenue for free activities for kids and adults. Myrtle Avenue Plaza is your hub for most events including crafts, games, caricature drawing, tarot card reading, wine tastings, raffles, and a DJ playing a different decade of your favorite hits. 536 Myrtle Avenue. CORPORATE PRIDE: Hollywood Edition
Doors at 7 p.m., show at 7:30 p.m.
Join comedians Jes Tom and Tessa Skara as they host their third annual Pride event at The Bell House, celebrating the most vulnerable members of the LGBTQ+ community: Corporations! Featuring comedy and drag from your favorite Brand Affiliated (jk) queer performers, including Nori Reed, Asha Ward, Richard Perez, and many more. 149 7th Street. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door.

LadyLand Festival
8 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Ladyland is part queer music festival, part Pride party, and part intimate concert. This year the event happens at a new venue: Under the K Bridge Park, located near the intersection of industrial Williamsburg and Greenpoint, directly beneath the renovated Kosciuszko Bridge. Ladyland is a festival for everyone and all are welcome with open arms. As an intentionally queer space, there will be zero tolerance for any homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism or any aggression or violence towards others. Come kick off Pride weekend with the very best queer talent and gay icons! The entrance of the park is at The Arm at Van Dam St. Meeker Avenue, 11222. Feed the Beast: The Experience with Kim Petras
10 p.m.
German pop star Kim Petras premieres her debut album “Feed the Beast” in Brooklyn at Great Hall at Avant Gardner on Friday night with some major special guests. Drag icon Trixie Mattel will perform a DJ set, as will guests Alex Chapman, Aquaria, Ty Sunderland, Ruby Fox, Lagoona Bloo, Kiki Ball-Change and Castrata. It’s going to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience to kick off Petras’s new album and Pride weekend. 21+. 140 Stewart Avenue. Tickets are $69.99

Saturday, June 24

Open Streets on Montague Street
10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Open Streets on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights happens every Saturday through October 28 with free entertainment, activities and public open space. Montague Street, from Hicks Street to Clinton Street, will be closed to traffic until 7 p.m. Come explore local businesses new and old with family, friends and neighbors all day this Saturday. Free.

Family Pride Fest at City Point
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bring the kids to Primark and City Point to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community with Family Pride Fest on Saturday. Hosted by Lola Star of Dreamland Productions, the inclusive celebration for all ages will shine a spotlight on fabulousness and creativity. Join in the family-friendly fun that includes a marching band, a parade, a hula hoop show and a family dance party. 455 Albee Square West. Free.

Immersive Tour of Gowanus
2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
Artichoke Dance Company presents Immersive Performance Tours of Gowanus, bringing audiences to sites in Gowanus that are significant to the superfund remediation of the canal and the rezoning of the neighborhood. At stops along the way, Artichoke Dance Company performs short dance works that physicalize the area’s past and future significance. 336 Third Street. $32.17.

Pride Social with amfAR
3 to 10 p.m.
In partnership with amFAR, Pride Social will feature DJ Sets from Eli Escobar and Amber Valentine and is hosted by CT Hedden and Amanda Lepore at Harriet’s Rooftop at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, is one of the world’s leading nonprofit organizations dedicated to the support of AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment education and advocacy. Come celebrate for a cause this Saturday. 60 Furman Street. Tickets are $55.

Planet Pride
4:30 p.m.
Planet Pride proclaims itself as the city’s biggest pride party, and you’ll have to see if that’s true for yourself when it takes over of the Avant Gardner and Brooklyn Mirage on Friday. The event spans three stages with cutting-edge art and immersive experiences with artists like Gorgon City, Gareth Emery and Jess Glynne. Whether you like House, Circuit, Pop, Drag or Techno, Planet Pride has a stage for you! Portions of sale will benefit Femme House, a 501(c)(3) fostering more equitable opportunities for women and LGBTQ+ individuals in music. 140 Stewart Avenue. Tickets are $170.

Celebrate Brooklyn! Benefit Concert: NxWorries
Doors at 5 p.m., show at 5:45 p.m.
Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge are NxWorries, and they’re headlining a benefit concert to support year-round programming at BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! The two are each killing it on their own, and when they team up, they churn out catchy jams like “Where I Go,” featuring H.E.R. See them live in Prospect Park with jazz-titan Robert Glasper, Lalah Hathaway and Bilal, and BJ The Chicago Kid. 9th Street and Prospect Park West. Tickets are $102.

Movies Under the Stars, “Minions: The Rise of Gru”

Pride Island
2 p.m.
Pride Island comes to Grand Army Terminal this Sunday with headliner Christina Aguilera. Pride Island caps off Pride Week with dancing, lights, music, interactive experiences and food. Guy Scheiman featuring Karina Kay, and the New York City debut of resident DJ at Forever Tel Aviv Mor Avrahmi will be behind the turntables to keep the crowd grooving into the night. 58th to 65th Streets on Second Avenue. Tickets start at $139.

Teaze
2 p.m.
Teaze is a Queer party experience “teazing” some of the most unique party experiences New York City has to offer. Partygoers have the opportunity to experience four Queer party experiences centering BIPOC individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community to provide safe spaces year-round. All proceeds benefit NYC Pride and its annual free events such as Youth Pride, The RALLY, The March, PrideFest, and more. 1031 Grand Street. Tickets start at $27.

The Cheesemonger Invitational
3 p.m.
This all-you-can-eat smorgasborg of cheese at Brooklyn Steel features some of the finest cheesemongers from around the world. From cheddar to gruyere, it will be there, but will you? Sample grilled cheese, fondue, raclette and “perfect bites” of cheese created by the participating cheesemongers, so pace yourself, but come hungry. 319 Frost Street. Jeff Tweedy at Brooklyn Made
Doors at 7 p.m., show at 8 p.m.
Jeff Tweedy is one of contemporary music’s most accomplished songwriters, musicians and performers. And that’s not even taking into account his accomplishments with Wilco. He returns with a solo on Saturday night to Brooklyn Made, where he played on the club’s opening night. 21+. 428 Troutman Street. Tickets are $99.50.
