Here’s what’s new at Smorgsasburg in Prospect Park this year

Mark your calendars and whip out the Pepto: Smorgasburg is finally waking up from its hibernation this weekend.
The outdoor food market reopens for the summer on Sunday, April 3 in Prospect Park. The dining destination, dubbed the “Woodstock of Eating,” spans more than 60,000 square feet and features about 50 vendors of all culinary delights. It’s open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Sunday and runs through October 30.
Smorgasburg’s other locations in Jersey City and World Trade Center also reopen this weekend, with the Williamsburg outpost reopening in June.
The Prospect Park Alliance, which c0-presents it, announced that “many of last year’s favorite vendors are returning,” as well as 11 new vendors. Here are some highlights:
2Girls Cookshop makes Jamaican-inspired tacos from Brooklyn-based mother and daughter duo Jataun & Shelly Flash.
